Description

The splitting machines 07564 P2 and 07567 P2 are used for splitting both pelts and wet tanned leathers up to the working width of the individual types. The type 07568 P2 is used for splitting pelts. The use of rigid and simple main parts enables to achieve high precision of splitting. The reinforced driving mechanisms guarantees calm and reliable running of the machine. The advance of the splitting knife is automatic and its intensity can be changed. The machines are equiped with an appliance for temporary change of the thickness and a device for slanting the machine head for bevel splitting in a pre-set size. Six feeding speeds can be set on the machines. The safety of the operator is secured by encasing of all driving mechanisms and rotating parts including the possibility of immediate stopping all electric motors.
